It is just necessary to define all required e-mails. Just log in administrative panel of the component, go to the tab “Notifications” and enter all e-mails dividing by comma. For example: «spam@spam.com, no-spam@no-spam.com».

While the key combination is pressed some technical information is displayed. Can it be removed?

It is just necessary to turn off the Debug mode in component settings. This option includes the debug technology xAjax and used by programmers ( this option will be removed in future options).
