I am tryning to change the language to spanish

On public_html/components/com_jcomments/languages... there are two files:

es-ES.com_jcomments.ini
es-ES.plg_search_jcomments.ini

I do not know if I need other files or change my language.

Could you please tell me what is the process to do that?

No, no... You should change /public_html/language/es-ES/es-ES.com_jcomments.ini file...
BTW, you've found some errors in spanish translation?

Thank you for your advise.

I downloaded es-ES.com_jcomments.ini to my pc. After that, I uploaded to /public_html/language/es-ES
