When showing flat mode, on my website, JComments show this right padding. It shouldn't

What right padding are your talking about?

Is your point the empty space to the right of the comments?

If this being the case then there seems to be a module at the top right-hand side corner of your screen which will obviously create some empty room underneath it unless you set some more modules with "right" position for this page.
