hello,

it is not working on my site. I don't know why. I tried it on a site on my local host and it works fine.

See homepage articles or articles.

I have selected the categories that it should show in but it is not. Sad

I think the the problem is the content plugin (installed and enabled) that is not injecting the code. I can give you backend and FTP credential to check.

Please help... I have to put the website in production  as soon as possible

And what happens if you use a template other than Joomlart's?

Already tried, same problem... it doesn't seems related to T3 framework.

So if you switch to default template - beez 20 - you still have the problem, right?

You are right.
Jcomments works perfectly with Beez Template, so the problem is on JA Nex template.
Probably when I checked before I was looking a cached version of the page... sorry.

I know is no due to you, but any clue about what could be the problem? JA Support is quite terrible...

Here's the clue: Joomla relies on certain events to occur in the process of building a page for the components to have a chance to insert their output. If the template does not accommodate for those events, there is no way for components to interact with it and do what they supposed to do.

I empathize with your situation, but I have a problem in principle with providing free support for mangled paid templates.
If they have the nerve to take money for sub-standard product, they should have the time to provide adequate support.
