ok I know this has been probably answered somewhere but I can't find the solution so can somebody point me there?


When registered users go to post a comment I get the following message:

"This name is already in use. Please login or try another name"


How do I set jcomments so that registered users can post comments?

That ability is set in Permissions.

I have allowed Registered users to post comments in my Jcomments permissions panel- and I still have the problem?

Can you please be a little more specific in your last reply?

I don't understand what other permissions I'm met to set or unset besides allowing Registered users to post comments- but that doesn't solve the problem?
