Using a checksum utility I received the following:

.../administrator/components/com_jcomments/install/helpers/installer.php   File does not contain _VALID_MOS OR _JEXEC or JPATH_BASE

I am also trying to track down a mootools-more irregularity; in that when mootools-more is installed on my site back/forward click doesn't work within a page. I mention this because the trouble started when I installed this extension.

This file contain only class declaration - no code could be executed if this file will be called directly. This class doesn't extend any other class so even if this file will be called - not error will be displayed.
