Hello guys...

Well here is my problem... When I click to edit an existing comment, the editing form comes below this comment and "leaves" it's header down to the bottom of comments box. What I want to do is, when I click to edit a comment, the editing form to stay down there and not come below every comment I am trying to edit!!! There is any option should I change or something??? Any code editing???

Thank you in advance!!!

In my mind this is not very convenient - because comments list could be too long and when you click edit page will be scrolled to bottom but after you will saved changes it will not return to original position.

This change will require too much modifications in JS-code and in PHP-code and after such changes you would not be able to update component.

Thank you for your answer my friend!!!

Well I got what you mean... So, if I "can't" move the inline edit box down there, can I move the header of it together??? Cause when I am editing a comment, the header stays at the bottom of list!!! Can I do that at least???

Thank you!!!

Do not worry about this header - then you press Save or Cancel in in-line editor form will return under this header. So I do not see any problem in such behavior...

I understand what do you mean but as I wrote changing current behavior requires too much changes. JComments does not allows to have more than one comments editor per page. So we can not leave editor under header Add comment and create new one in inline block. So we are move the editor from one place to another and return it back if user has finished editing.

By the way I just did it and it was really easy!!! Smiley

Here is what I did... I just moved my DIVs, I mean the Header, Info Message and the Connection Line, in to the "comments-form" form. All this into the tpl_form.php.

Take a look here!!!
