I want the fields "name" + "e-mail" required for all; for users and guests.
In settings this is not possible.

Fields "website" and "title" have this option in settings.

Is there an option to change in php?

The name and e-male of registered users is applied automatically by default. How more required can it be?
The settings for making name and e-mail fields are in
Settings -> Comment form -> Field "Name" -> Required for guests
and
Settings -> Comment form -> Field "E-mail" -> Required for guests

So I really can't understand how you can make a statement like that.

Excuse me....!

But I didn't see those fields when adding a comment.
However in the meantime I saw that name of registered users is shown in comment output too.

How to change default keyboard for the field "name" and "comment" to dhivehi (phonetic) keyboard.. i want only dhivehi (an rtl language) to be able to write in these fields.. no english only dhivehi
