[JComments] Edit Comments

Hello people! 

I noticed that when users are allowed to modify their comments, there is no reference that the comment itself has changed.

I think this could be important to let other users know when the content has been modified by the author/admin since its original creation date.
Maybe you could also include a sort of timeout for the modification date to appear, for example I could edit my comment as many times as I want within 1 minute, and until a new comment is added within this minute. After that, the "modified by user at HH:MM" get printed somewhere into the message...

This is a feature request, Right?
As such it will be read and either implemented or not in a future version.
But don't expect an immediate reply from a very busy person.
