cant add comments at end of article

Hi
Please can someone help me.
My blog is at
http://www.allyoucanbear.com/index.php/blog
My posts have a read more icon, and that is where the comments link is. However if you read the full article, there is no longer a facility to add comments. I would like this facility in both places if possible?
In addition, I have had one comment left. There is no facility near it for any more comments to be left.
Please can someone advise me how to fix these issues.

It looks like your Joomla template's issue - seems it has no support afterDisplayContent event. But you can change display event in Content - JComments plugin's parameters. Go to Plugin manager, select Content - JComments, press Edit and change parameter Event from onAfterDisplayContent to onPrepareContent.
