Note, that JComments allows commenting not only articles, but many other objects (photos, products, files and etc). So the 'items' is more common word for this. But I would be appreciated if other spanish-spoken people will check translations.

J'ai pas regardé le travail accompli mais j'ai fini les quelques traductions qui restaient à faire en espérant que ce soit juste.
The french translation is done.

no it isn't because the sence is not correct"
I didn't checked all but i tumbled over some parts like:

Please enter in a valid date format. See: http://php.net/date for formatting information.

means f.ex.:

Por favor, introduzca la fecha en un formato válido. Visita http://php.net/date para recibir más informaciones sobre el formato.

And not this one.

Permite especificar el formato de la fecha visualizada en los comentarios. Para más información, revise el material de ayuda de idioma de sistema PHP: http://php.net/date.

The translation might be without faults in spanish but technically it might not be correct and so maybe the people will not understand the correct meaning.

sorry....

But it doesn' matter!

hope to get the jcomments version as soon as possible to work with it - with or without correct translations..

kind regards,

Olly

Well, all I can say is that he is a very patience guy. Most of us don't have that. Smiley When the new version coming out, you'll see, it's worth the wait!

Dear JComments users! Thank you for your patience and support! I am very close to release of new JComments version. The closer this time, the more I worry (we tested a lot and I hope that the new version will be stable). I really want to meet all your expectations.

As I wrote some time ago, in this version I have separated language files to frontend and backend localization. I am going to include in final release all frontend language files and the most popular backend. I would be pleased to include all backend translations but in this case the package size would be huge and this could cause some issues on slow servers.

So, I ask all users to help me to translate the existing frontend translations. This is very important step for upcoming release as this is frontend translation and these strings will be shown to our sites' visitors.

JComments Frontend Translation

You can translate these strings online or download file and do translation offline. Note, that you have to join to OpenTranslators' project to translate files of JComments (this project does not have its own translation teams and uses OpenTranslators teams).

Also, if this way is too complex for you but you have free time and can help me with translation of missed strings for some language - contact me via PM and I will send you untranslated strings.

If you have difficulty understanding some language constants - feel free to ask and I'll try to explain what I meant and where the constant is used.

Stay tuned!
