What about SobiPro ? New Sobi version. RC2 is out.

They will have plugin for Jcomments, but it is a little bit expensive to buy membership just for that.

Sorry, haven´t been around for long time. It is GPL, open source and free to download.

I've made integration with SobiPro but did not translated it from russian to english. You can do this via Google Translate...

JComments and Sobi Pro integration (on russian)
