Article Five Star Rating

Hello. I am interested in comment ratings (1-5 stars) which is different from rating the comments. This would rate an article in the comment. I would gladly pay for this customization  .

How do you want to see this rating? Do you want to have 5-star results in each comments or they must affect total article's rating?

I would also like to see this customization and be willing to pay for it.
Personally, I would like to have the individual 5-star result on each comment. Above the comments, I would like the average rating with the total number of ratings. As I am using Sobi2 the average rating with the total number of ratings on the v-card would be good.
Also, is it possible for the owner of the listing to receive email notification of new comments (as if they have subscribed automatically).
Please let me know if this is possible and how much you would charge.
