The send button was working great for over a week but has recently stopped. Tried changing to default template with no change. I suspect a conflict but with no error I can't see a direction to go. Any suggestions?

This is because jHackGuard plugin. You need to disable it or disable GET filtering. Also I would be very grateful it you before this enable logging (in plugin parameters), try to post comments and send me (or attach here) plugin's log (it would be created in /logs/ folder).
