Hi All,

I'm trying to find a way for my boss & editor of an actual hardcopy city newspaper, can have access to review online comments (and delete if necessary) as a front end publisher.

I'm working the online news websites, but he wants to be able to review any of the hundreds of comments that are expected to come in from readers who respond/comment on articles that run on the newspaper's website. He wants to review "the letters to the editor" that comes in via comments on articles....

What I want to know is if there is an extension that would allow comments/ and to review, or delete from the front end.. I do not want to give him backend access to the comments because then he would also have administrative access to the other areas. I don't want him to wreck the site!

I'd be willing to pay for an extension like this, I just can't find it....thx..   ???d.

The upcoming version of JComments has new feature - Quick Moderation. All users listed in settings will recieve notifications about all new or edited comments and can easy publish, unpublish or delete comment from e-mail (these notifications e-mails contain links for this actions). So you could add email address of your boss to recipients list and he will publish or delete comments directly from his email client. I think it could be solution for your task.
