Merry Christmas and Good day to all. Is there any way to permit the public viewers to attach an image from there computers (not the default attach image form where you have to input the URL of the image from the web) to give them more options when inserting an image of their own.

And also is there any way to also attach/upload your avatar coming from your local computer? Thank you in advance  Smiley. Merry Christmas again.

No, there is no way to attach files to the comment. And I've no plans to implement this feature (in nearest future).  This is component for commenting not forum and I do not see any reason to introduce it features specific to the forum.
