I want the reader to be able to comment on an article posted through Joomla - I attributed the menu item to the Jcomments component so it is only displaying the JComments, not that actual article:

I must be missing something. You will also notice on the left column a blank module, that is supposed to be the JComments module for the comments to post there, not in the center of the page... HELP!

You needn't make the menu item for that Wink
Just install JComments, go to the JComments settings section and setup categories where comments would be enabled. Or just insert tag {jcomments on} in any article what haven't category or if comments are disabled for its category. This is enough!
