Hi,
I installed JComments easy and was able to run it without any issues.
I have VOTItaly rating/voting component running. It displays the rating after the article. But after enabling the Jcomments the Comments show firts, then the Rating (please see the image).
How can I force the Add comments form to appear after the Voting?

You need change ordering of content plugins - set Content - JComments  after the VOTItaly plugin... In Plugin Manager...

Yes, I was thinking about the same, but:

Order:  This Plugin cannot be reordered 
Description:  Plugin to integrate JComments into Joomla! articles

Why? You can set any ordering value in Plugins manager for ordering. In plugins list you've input fields with ordering values - change them and press Save icon in table header...

I am in the same boat.
I have try to change in order field but no avail.

Can you let me know how did you manage to solve this problem??
