Losing my Header 1 and Header 2 Positions

Hi, I'm having a weird problem.
When I click on a link in my 'Recent Comments' module, it takes me to the correct page and the correct comment, but it strips the page of the header1 and header2 modules. All the other modules on the page appear. Weird, right?
Does anyone know how to resolve this?
You can see what I'm talking about by going to here:
http://eligurock.com/joomla/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=5:joomla-license-guidelines&catid=25:the-project&Itemid=61#comment-1
you can compare that to here (which is the same page, just with the #comment-1 removed):
http://eligurock.com/joomla/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=5:joomla-license-guidelines&catid=25:the-project&Itemid=61
thanks,
Eli

Open template_css.css file in this template and replace
Code: (css)
div#content{
width:1000px;
margin:0 auto 10px auto;
overflow:hidden;
}
with
Code: (css)
div#content{
width:1000px;
margin:0 auto 10px auto;
}
