I have Jcomments installed to run on page http://www.itstested.com/help-us.html I've added the "jcomments on" tag inside the article, does not work. When i checked the database, tables are empty, as well as the "Manage comments" page, nothing. So, form does not send comments to database, i think. The form does not give an error message even if the captcha or some other field is empty. The error message comes only if the name field is empty. Can someone help, please. Comment form is great and i like use it.

Hm... looks really strange... from one side - AJAX is working (because form is loaded without any problems), from other side - it doesn't work when we trying to post comment. I need more detailed information about your site environment. Some time ago I've seen problem with posting comments because some server's software (security) that filter's requests with 'object_id' word. I'm not sure but seems it was Suhosin. Can you consult with your server's administrator is there any filtering software?

I sent a query to my hosting service. I agree, something block messages adding to the database, i just hope that teh fault is not due the settings.

I got answer from server's support, they said...

"Thank you for contacting us.

We do not see any errors in the logs about this and It does not appear that the setting listed in that tread is impacting the plugin from working.

Any more information you can provide in the matter to resolve this would be helpful."
So, filters dont, t block these comments, can faults caused by the settings???

In this case I have no idea why server process first AJAX request correctly and makes 303 redirect for the second one. These requests are call the same URL but differs with parameters... So I think that some software blocks second one and returns redirect.
