As I said on the post http://www.joomlatune.com/forum/index.php/topic,885.msg4168.html#msg4168, I've found programad's translation was very helpfull but not 100% complete.

Why? I found it not quite fit in brazilian cultural context but more important than that, it is correctly saved in UTF-8 NO BOM enconding, but the special characters aren't. They're in a legible form rather than in HTML entities respresenting them, like ã as ã not just plain ã. This could lead to a text encoding conflict with the visitor's browser.

What I did, besides translating the main file myself, was to use programad's version to help me revise my version.

NOTE: There's NOTHING personal with programad's work.

if you see "?" or another unknown character after upload languages open the files with cpanel or your panel editor and copy content of this file again and save with utf-8 format

if you have any problem answer your ask here: http://forum.azarteam.com/showthread.php?t=9319

First, use:
From the language pack to the front and back respectively, the language directory.

Second, explain:
1, I spent a full 12 hours of translation, translation found here, so he did see their proof. I simply do not translate all, or adjusted, but several. Thanks!
2, Jane Fan transferred dry with ms-word.
3, in addition to components, also includes a translation module and a plug-in.
4, I think this package can be put on standard file, because I'm a professional computer, there are good Chinese language skills, say, 100% perfect in the computer software industry seems to be done, because the development is constantly conduct. However, elegant reception or a lot of constant translation, because I need it myself.
Five, and I hope my contribution useful for all, I seriously translate this software is that after I use jomcomment, finally found the better, in addition to layout aesthetics, more importantly, for many extensions, so that the comments include the entire site verification code style can be the same style. Thank jcomment of you really too strong!  Grin
