Is it possible to allow only one comment per PC? Some users use many usernames and post many different comments, I wish I could block this by cookie and IP filtering.

In this case user could clear cookie and post so much comments as he wish

Well, I too had been wondering as to what I should do in order to prevent users from posting comments under different usernames. From what I have seen, IP filtering won’t work as they could resort to IP hider. The best bet in this regard for us would be to clear the cookie.Can some help me with my  online file storage problems? Any section to ask help?
