jcomments latest with adsmanager

Hi,
I have problem of links with jcomments latest integrated to adsmanager.
The module works fine it display the latest comments but the link to the comment is wrong I stay on the homepage.

the site is on local so I can't show you but if it can helps, the adress is of the link to a comment is for example :
index.php/tous-mes-bons-plans?page=show_ad&adid=10#comment-5
and in fact the good adress to the ad should be : index.php/tous-mes-bons-plans/3-hotels-voyages/10-lampadaire-alogene-moderne
