Hi,

is there a option for one comment per ip address every 1 hour? I have a problem that some users use more then one name and than starting to insult and humiliate other people.

No, at this time JComments does not support such option... I'll move this topic to "Suggestions, Wishlists & Feature Requests" board...

It’s annoying when people do things like that. People who aren’t even interested in the posts sometimes post random useless comments, which sometimes make no sense at all. And they even go on to insult others. I guess they are jobless or something. And yes, I think that there is an option to accept only one comment per IP address every one hour. I’m not completely sure though. U could just Google it and try to find out. Any suggestions about hhgregg website? Do you know which platform they have used?

Yes that would be a fantastic addition.  Most of my people are just commenting on posts once a day anyway.  Limiting others would be a great way to make my site more streamlined.  It would also help those developing blogging software because you don't really need to post more than once on certain business sites, and if you do it detracts from progression.
