I integrated JComments with Sobi2 on an older Joomla 1.0 site. It works fine except:

Anonymous users who check "notify me if new comments" do NOT receive any notification at the email entered.
The Latest Comments do NOT show the comments made to Sobi2 entries. I can only select other Sections or Categories, but Sobi2 is not on the list.
Also...
Is there a way to move the notification shown at the top after comment submission near the Submit button at the bottom? It's confusing having it at the top and some might even notice it and resubmit.

You have to setup module and set Source parameter to 'com_content,com_sobi2'... If you're have more sources for comments - list them all via comma...
