Hi smart,

When I hover the number sign (#) in front of the author with the cursor I get an url pointing back to the same comment. Can you explain a little what the exact function of this link is...

This link allow to point any comment in list and this link is permanent so you can copy link for certain comment to clipboard and then send it to friend. Then friend open this link it would be navigated to same comment you suggest him to reading.
