I am not sure whether this feature has been asked before.

Is there a way in which whenever someone has the access modify or delete or unpublished a comment, I will get notify just like a regular notification?

I need this feature because I have many administrators and I want to keep track of it.

This is good suggestion and I already have plans to implement it. I'm going to add such feature but after upcoming release - I can not add this feature in current development version because it will delay current release (I working on it since august and I'm going to release it in nearest time).
