I need this function in jcomments. Comments can submit only by administrator. But user can sumbit only reply to that comments in front end. they can not submit comments. Pls help me to achieve this. tks.

I do not know how to implement this now because user if has permission to reply he must have 'comment' permission. I'll think about this issue some later and may I'll modify permissions system. But not now.
