I'm a bit confused about the check that occurs to determine if a user is a repeat user (and therefore the same name and email are ok).  What's the criteria?  Name or email and IP?

Regardless, I was testing with a name that was unique but an email that happened to be my Joomla one and the reported error message is slightly misleading...

Yes, I've already wrote about this on forum and explain why it so (current version has no appropriate constant) and I've also posted fix for this. Anycase thanks for report!
