Having the same problem as last poster here:

Links in 'Latest Comments', to comments on images, go nowhere.
Installed: jcomm 2.2.0.1, phoca gallery 2.7.5, mod_jcomments 2.5.6

Example on front page, left column, "101221_1351r" here: http://bressler.org.

It sounds like PhocaGallery 2.7.5 has some changes and JComments couldn't build correct link. As I remember we've created 2 plugins for phocagallery (/components/com_jcomments/plugins): com_phocagallery.plugin.php (used for categories) and com_phocagallery_images.plugin.php (used for images). These plugins were created with help of PhocaGallery's author so they must work fine. Try to ask him too...
