Hi,  Huh

When installing the Plugin cb_jcomments_plug_v1.6 sent me the following error, which I have downloaded several times and sent me the same error ....

anyone can tell me if this plugin is damaged?
I have to do anything to Plugin?

Al instalar el Plugin cb_jcomments_plug_v1.6 me envia el siguiente error, el cual lo he descargado varias veces y me envia el mismo error ....

alguien me puede decir si este plugin esta dañado?
tengo que hacerle algo al Plugin?

This isn't Joomla's plugin but CommunityBuilder's one. You need install it through CB plugin manager...
