Insert link to registration form

Hi!

I don't believe I'm the first with this one, but I couldn't find solution on the forum.

Here is my situation.

Non logged in users can see comments, but can't comment or vote. There is my custom message, which I entered in jcomment settings field under "You have no rights to post comments".

Is it possible to add link to registration form after my custom message?
It would also be brilliant that after registration, user are redirected back to bottom of that same article.

I use normal joomla login form.
