Comments only when jcommentson tag is included?

I installed JComments and I already love it. Thank you for your time you spent on it

I want to add JComments to an existing homepage with hundreds of articles, so I only want to use the comments-feature in articles I chose. By default it should be disabled.

I found the tags {jcommentson} and {jcommentsoff} but they don't work as expected. I can turn comments OFF when they are generally allowed. But I can not turn them ON when they are disabled for some (or all) sections.

Is there a way to only use it when {jcommentson} is in the article?

You need use {jcomments on} instead {jcommentson}. Seems you've missed space char inside tag.
