jcomments not appearing under HWDvideoshare anymore

I have enabled Searchengine friendly urls in my joomla and since then jcomments isn't showing up under HWD videoshare anymore. does anyone know how to fix this bug?
when I turn off Searchengine friendly urls the problem is still the same.

here's some more info.

I'm running joomla 1.5  on a cirtex.com shared hosting plan with 25 MySQL & PostgreSQL Databases. my domain is www.paxeye.com , Joomla is installed in www.paxeye.com/media/

installed extensions in use are:
HwdVideoshare
Community builder
Superactivity2
yoflash mochigames extension
agora forum
kunena
alpha user points
jdownloads

some other extensions are also installed but not in use as I have gone thru much trial and error.

enabling SEF I had to rename htacess.txt to .htaccess and had to change var $live_site = '';
to var $live_site = 'http://www.paxeye.com/media'; in configuration.php. I also changed ftp write permission to 755

other than this I don't recall changing anything else. But I can not be 100% that jcomments is not working because of SEF. I only noticed it after SEF.

If this is not enough please tell me what else you need to know. And thank you for helping.

I have changed configuration.php and .htaccess back to the way they were before I tried search engine optimization but the problem still exists.
