I am using Jcomments on a market site i just launched http://www.bil-marked.dk the point is that only registered users can post comments, but at the same time i want the public users to be able to see the comments that have been written.

how do i set this up? don't seem to find it in the public user settings in the component?

If JComments is enabled all comments would be available for guests. There is only one way to hide published comments from guests - change Content-JComments plugin's access to Registered. But this behavior is content article's related. With 3rd party extension it couldn't work because they could have their own logic.

In my mind you need to check MarketPlace's settings - may it has some settings to disable comments displaying for guests.
