Hey guys, I'm having trouble getting this module to work at all.  I installed successfully, but it just appears blank.  Its also appearing in the left hand menu bar, and I cant work out how to get it to appear under my main content.  This is my site.

If anyone can help, I would be very grateful.  Thanks.

Nobody can help you until you specify used versions of Joomla, JComments and JComments Latest.

Are you sure that you're using JComments Latest 2.5.6? Could you show me screenshots of module parameters?

BTW, why do you use outdated Joomla version? It about 1.5 year old...

Hey man, I'm pretty sure I am...here's the screen shot anyway.

Yeah I know its a little out of date, but its the version that some with the template I'm using.  It's from Shape5, and was installed using their site shaper package...which I guess isn't so new.  I should probably update...but I'm just happy to have the website looking somewhat like I want it to at the moment.

I have just updated my version of Joomla to 1.5.20, and I've checked the version number on the Jcomments file and it says 'mod_jcomments_j15_v2.5.6'.  So I guess that's all pretty up to date, but still the same thing.  I get the title of Jcomments, but the actual module appears blank.  I hope you can help me on this, because this module looks really good.  Many thanks.

I've checked your site and didn't found JComments component. May be you've forgot to install it? Or say me where I could see article with comments?

Hey man, no its definitely installed.  Here's a screen-shot I just took of it now.  As you can see the title is showing, but nothing else.  Its also appearing in the left-hand column and and squashing my main content area.  Let me know if its still not showing for you?  Thanks.

Hey man, no its definitely installed.
It sounds like you've installed module but forgot to install component. The module couldn't work without component. The module only displays comments left throught component JComments.

Ok! I'm very glad what all working now! Don't worry about this because this is frequent mistake of newbies. I think that I need to add some message to warn users that JComments component is needed to be installed to use this module.
