Hello,
I installed jcomments 2.2.0.2 in my joomla 1.5.20 website, but something went wrong. After installing, if I enter the member area of my site (a section visible only to registered users), it only shows a blank page. Disabling jcomments plugins doesn't solve. I have to uninstall it in order to see again my member area. What can be the cause?

Do you mean site frontend?

I need more detailed information about used 3rd pary extensions. Last time we've blank page was conflict with CSS2SWITCH plugin. So you could have also conflict with some 3rd party extension.

Could you check Apache's error log on your server? It could contain detailed information about error.

Hi Smart,
I mean site frontend. The only 3d party extensions are Attachments and Ninja RSS Syndicator. Unfortunately I have no access to error logs on the server.

Only in member area. I guess it could be something related with user management. The Attachment version is 2.0.2

Do you use standart Joomla's user management or some 3rd party extension to manage user accounts (something like UserExpirationControl)

I have the same problem when I authenticate into the website http://www.kion.it

Although I've applied the new jcomments k2 plugin 1.1 it seems that the blank page continues. We use Community Builder to authenticate
