I installed JComments on my site, it worked perfectly until today a registered user posted a comment on an article, then 2 minutes later he posted another one, and for some reason I cannot delete his second comment. From the administrator menu, instead of the checkbox I see a paddock icon... I checked the permissons panel, and I have "delete any comment" enabled for super admins. And I can delete any other comments, but this one is locked. What could be the problem?

It sounds like this comment has been locked (for example somebody starts editing and didn't save result). You need go to Joomla's backend, select menu item Tools -> Global check-in. This will remove all locks and you'll be able to delete this comment.
