Some jComments don't show

i use the jcomment-version 2.2 and some comments i can see in the backend don't show in the frontend. i especially wonder why one comment of a registered user appears, the second comment of the
same
user did not.
please help,

I need more detailed information to help you. Are both comments published? Are these comments posted to content articles or to some 3rd party extension?
