This is my first post at JoomlaTune S. Forums;) So I'd like to Introduce myself:) My name is Artur and I am a musician but an amateur webmaster and webdesigner too:)

I used to create my own simple cms/ html web pages from scratch but it was too time consuming. So I decided to start using joola and I am learning it.

I've just downloaded jcomments component and successfuly installed Jcoms. with joomla upload and install tool:) you know what I mean!

It's turned on, it's set on 'left' to show up. But what should I turn on to make users avaliable to comment my articles? How to use it? I can't find any info about my problem:) So please help me! What do I wrond?

Thank you for reading my post
Arturo

P.S.

It sounds like you've installed module but not component

You need:

1. Download and install JComments component 2.2.0.2
2. Go to JComments settings and select categories where comments would be enabled. Also you could adjust permissions for all usergroups you've on site. For example you could enable/disable autopublishing (it allows to publish guests' comments without administrator's approve).
3. Save settings

If you're need to show latest comments list you're need must download, install, setup and publish JComments Latest module.

pls forgive me my english! That's a foreign language for me:)
For me too because I'm russuan Wink
