I installed mod, plg, com
and get the mod available (switch it on)
then I selected the section and category
and inserted new 2 article inside
then I assigned the com the right position

but I don't see anything

can you help me please? tryed a lot

1. Joomla version?
2. JComments version?
3. Did you set permissions? May be you've no right to comment?
4. What Joomla template are you use?

In my mind it would be more fast if you show me your site and give me access to backend to check all settings myself.
