First of all, I want to thank you for great K2 Jcomment plugins I have a problem with the plugins and the problem is when i enable the cache system in joomla global configuration for some times everything work properly but after a day or more the original K2 comment system with get back at the end of the k2 articles and the jcomment wil disappear and I have to disable cache system and empty all cache data to get it back. while i was searching about the problem i figured out that someone else has exactly same problem, but nobody answer to him here it is: http://community.getk2.org/forum/topics/k2-comments-issue?xg_source=activity |

In my mind this problem is related to K2 extension not in K2 JComments plugin. You need to contact with K2 authors and ask them to fix it.

But I couldn't fix bugs in 3rd party extensions... I've too much my own ones  If I'll have free time I'll look more detailed to this issue. |

If you have disable it. It is cousing problems sometimes even with other extensions and plugins. You can even disable cache in Global Configuration if it not works with your setup. Put .htaccess and expire headers lines, activate server Gzip compression and you have fast loading website. |

No, it has nothing to do with Joomla cache.
I just noticed some old K2 articles with default comments form.
If you disable K2 comments (in category) and delete cache (to be sure), then enable K2 comments again, problem dissapear.
Try and see how long it will last.

Thank you BBC for your reply This is not a practical solution because i can not monitor all articles all the time, i had to disable global cache system or maybe i should use the original k2 comment system. even in new version of jcomment and k2 the problem is present |

You mean 2.4.1 K2 version ? This problem is really anoying. I just noticed that it can show any time. Without a logical reason. |

Yes it is, there is no logic, I really upset about it since there is no way to fix it If it know now this I've never use this due to the problem by the way I update all componets but still same problem: JComments 2.2.0.2 K2 2.4 |

I found something that might help you to solve the problem, When I click On the url of the new comment notification email or rss feed of the comments, the original comment system will appear. and the other problem is relate to the url that generated by jcomment when the SEF is enabled doesnot work correctly please see the example to clarify the issue: URL of Jcomment rss and jcomment email notification (wrong addressing): http://www.zoomit.ir/home/item/90The correct URL: http://www.zoomit.ir/articles/mobile-cellphone-pda-articles/item/90 |

I found a couple things that might help you to solve the problem: 1st when user log in the problem never happen and as soon as the user log out the original k2 comment system will replace 2nd in same situation when i can see the original k2 comment system it's not appear in other pc so it should be something localy or something like this 3rd I saw something wired, while page was loading i could see the original k2 comment system after a second the k2 jcomment system will replaced.  |
