i could successfully move images to cdn for jcomments. Now i am trying to move js and css to cdn, can you tell me how can i do that?

I haven't tried this thing so not so sure about the solution. But after surfing on net I got to know there is a wordpress plugin called CDN rewriter.. That might be helpful to you so you can try that.. Let me know if it works or not.

that plugin is for wordpress. Even it that plugin was for joomla it wouldn't work with any component. It problably work with statndard joomla template.

can you tell me where do you reference js and css file? I will replace those refernces with my cdn url.

Also, is there a reason why do you use version with js and css? because of that i am not able to add any "Expire date" for them ? and eventually getting low page speed results.
