I want to replace "Add Comment" to "Ask Questions".

i tried searching many template files and others. I couldn't find where to replace this string. This is for english language.

You need to edit the language file (/language/en-GB/en-GB.com_jcomments.ini):

i am on 2.1.

I tried follwing three and none of them worked.

1. changed this ADD COMMENT=Add new comment  to  ADD COMMENT=Ask Question

2. changed this ADD COMMENT=Add new comment  to ASK Question=Add new comment

3. changed this FORM_HEADER=Add comment to FORM_HEADER=Ask Question

can you see what is wrong here?

Make sure what you've changed files in right directory. You need to change files in Joomla's language files directory, not in /components/com_jcomments/languages.

 Huh I have tried to do the same but in swedish language. Cannot find the file that shall be changed and I am not so sure about where to put the line. Have tried several times. HELP.

You are right, i was looking at wrong location.

But it Form Header which needs to change and not "Add comment".
