Yes ture but the moste of this commission are for the Phone operators not for paygol.

Bank Of America as of February 2010 charged $25 to send a wire and $12 to receive one within the US. For international transfer, it charged $35–$45 outgoing, $16 incoming. However, fees may vary from bank to bank.

So how has a huge commission now Grin You could also open a paypal account for people that have the money send more then 10$.

MMM ok then need to do this.

If you make a PayPal account and a Webmoney account then you can send the money from the PayPal account to Webmoney account and then from Webmoney account to your bank account.

To send the money from PayPal account to a Webmoney account you must use a exchange service like www.paypal2webmoney.com a list of ohter exchange services you will find here www.wmtransfer.com/eng/cooperation/exchange/onlinexchange/index.shtml

I know how to send PayPal to Webmoney but as I wrote before the PayPal doesn't allow to recieve payments in Ukraine. Our PayPal accounts are restricted and we can only pay through it and can not recieve.

I'm using Webmoney for about 6-7 years but this payment system isn't popular outside Russian/Ukraine so foreign users do not use it for donations.

Thank you for reminder about Webmoney, I'll update information with my Webmoney accounts.

If you have VISA or Master card you can make a PayPal account but you must not select Ukraine as a country use simply a EU country.

In this case the card will not pass validation process. Also this account could be blocked due to incorrect information. I have thought about this many times but at this time I do not know any correct and honest solution to create full featured PayPal account.

It will work i even used a prepaid VISA card to do my PayPal account and i have it now over a year so dont worry Smiley I also put never a lot of money on my PayPal account so even if the account would be blocked i could simply buy a new prepaid VISA card for 2€ and make a new GayPal account.
