[Solved] BBCode & toolbar are not showing!!!!!

Hi team!  

I've upgraded Jcomments today and tried to make it works. Everything is looking fine, but I'm running into this problem:

The toolbar (with all the bbcode, bold, italic, ...image, etc...) on top of the comment box is not showing! It's just straight blanked! But whenever you mouseover them, you can see the description of each.

Please help me when you have time!!!

It looks like you've some problems with browser cache. Try to clean it and reload page with Ctrl-F5. Also you could show me your site and I'll try to help you.

It looks like you've no image:

http://www.nissi-united.com/components/com_jcomments/tpl/default/images/jc_bbcode.gif

but has:

http://www.nissi-united.com/components/com_jcomments/tpl/default/images/jc_refresh.gif

So may be some files didn't coped or have wrong file permissions.

Compare folder http://www.nissi-united.com/components/com_jcomments/tpl/default/images/ with folder /tpl/default/images/ in component's distributive.

If it can help someone, I had the same problem when I upgraded to JComments latest version.

The problem occured because I copied my old .css template into the new directory. Everything was working fine except for the toolbar. It was not showing as described in this thread.

After some search, i found out that:

In the previous version, the file was names jc_bbcode.gif

In the latest version, the file is called jc_bbcodes.gif

That solved the problem for me!

I've installed your component and everything is great.... I didn't know about this buttons at all, and anly few days ago, when I was looking fot something that can load images - I've found it

can someone help me to solve this problem? I was reading what is written here, but it doesn't help me, I didn't to upgrade, it was the first time I'm using it and instulling

How the insert image button works? How can my users add some photoes inside? or it's impossible?

@kotlink; the image button allows to insert bbcode tag to show some image placed somethere. This features works the same as any forum like this. It shows in comment image which url is surrounded with [img] tag.
