latest comments not being posted to module for new articles

hi

i created some new articles both in an existing section and also in a new section created today since i installed the latest comments module. the problem is that all comments that are posted on these articles do not make its way to the module (both as registered and non registered user). however, any new comments that i post on articles that i created prior to installation of latest comment module do make its way to latest module. any idea why this is the case? thanks

ps. i cleaned my cache and it still doesnt work.

jcomments 2.1 edit 2.2 just upgraded and still doesnt help

the comments are slowing showing up now on the latest comments module but seems like a 5 hr delay. anyone else have this experience?

It sounds like you've cache enabled for this module. That;s because it show comments with delay. The module itself has no any features to delay data output.

 the former articles that had time delay posting is ok as it posts immediately to module. almost like it recognizes that the article exists now.

the global cache was always turned off. i just turned off the module cache to 'no cacheing' and changed cache time to 1 just in case. also cleared global cache.

however, same issue still happening  for recently created articles as i just created a new article to test out comments.

i also use CBsuperactivity wall and it recognizes the comment immerdiately and posts to activity wall so this is weird.

I've found bug in JComments Latest module and new version has been released. Try to upgrade to JComments Latest 2.5.6..
