Hello,
I integrated jcomments JComments 2.2.0.0 into eventlist from schlu.net. Where can I remove the inline style from the comments-form-subscribe checkbox? And why is it set to absolute and -10000. This does not make sense.
<input type="checkbox" tabindex="5" value="1" name="subscribe" id="comments-form-subscribe" class="checkbox" style="position: absolute; left: -10000px;">

I don't know why. It sounds like some EventList's code dynamically set this style. The default JComments template has no style for this element:

So I think you need ask this question to Eventlist's developers

It was not eventlist nor jcomment
it was the Option "INPUT STYLING" in rockethemes gantry framework. It provides a "custom look for form elements" Wink

It must be turned off
