I wish JComments can put a timestamp on posts that were edited back by the poster. This is to notify other readers that the original post was changed.

It would also be nice to include how many times the post was edited.

The timestamp can look like this:
"Edited 5 times. Last edit was made on 2010-08-08 18:41 PM."

Sometimes people try to alter their posts if they are controversial. So if they change their original posts after several replies have already been made by other people, the flow of conversation gets lost because you have no idea that the poster has changed his original post.

Thank you for your suggestion! In my mind it must be implemented in future versions. I'll add this feature to my ToDo list.
