Is this software suited to creating a dedecated comments page on my top menu?

If so can any one point me in the direction of a tutorial because i can't seem to get this working and havn't been able to find anything that suits my needs.

As "Guestbook" link at top menu?

Just in Joomla make new menu link and point this to Jcomments extension.
